Buhari: The goodwill of Nigerians have sustained me in politics

In a documentary put together by the Media and Publicity department of the State House titled: a�?Buhari: Beyond the Iron and Steela�?, the president credits public goodwill for staying in politics. He said:

a�?I pray five times a day thanking God that allowed people to understand and believe me. This goodwill that I enjoy from the masses is what is keeping me in politics and of course, my central objective is to provide transparency and accountable government.a�?

Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun who appeared in the one-hour long documentary described President Buhari as a “reformed democrat”.

He said:

a�?I wish I had his patience. He would listen to everybody, and then take a decision. He is a reformed democrat.a�?
